Tree To Bar
We produce our own chocolate in the expedition store in Bruges. “From tree to bar”, where every stage of the production process is done by our team. The production is limited, the flavour and the mouthfeel is quirky. This is an ode to the the real chocoholic, our answer to a back-to-the-roots alternative against the standarisation of industrial flavours.

As a young boy, Dominique fell in love with chocolate and he has decided to start a chocolate shop instead of a restaurant. All his colleagues thought he was crazy. In the beginning, he was known as the 'enfant terrible with his crazy creations' and a lot of people were against it. But after all those years, the opposite is true. This shows in his cooperation with the best restaurants of Belgium and with several top restaurants worldwide.
